Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen


The following administrative terms apply to contracts arranged by PMI TRANSFERS, acting as  supplier, for passenger services between the departure points and destinations specified at the time these services are booked and paid for.


PMI TRANSFERS S.L.

PMI TRANSFERS S.L. is a limited company registered in Spain (company registration number B40161978), whose registered and trading address is at Carrer Gardenia 38, Marratxí, Baleares, España.

By arranging the services through us with, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions  as well as other information contained on the website, app, email or any other form of electronic or written communication with you.


Booking 

Bookings may be made online on the pmi transfers  website . Where two or more people are included in the same booking, the person making the booking  shall be deemed to have done so on behalf of both or all members of the party and he or she accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of himself or herself and each member of the party.  The Lead Party must follow the process for making the booking and paying for the services (either at the time of booking or immediately prior to the use by you of the services).  The Lead Party must be at least 18 years of age.

If  your booking is been not paid in advance, The service will be paid in two halves by cash or credit card, directly to the drivers 


Child Seats

In SPAIN, the relevant authorities state that children must use an appropriate child seat until they reach a height of 135 cm. We will endeavour to ensure that child seats are provided where they have been requested.


Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. All personal data that we collect from you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be accessed via our website.


Cancellation by you

Money back guarantee. It’s only fair that if your PMI TRANSFERS doesn’t work as it should because of something we’ve done, we’ll gladly refund that part of your trip.And even if things go wrong that we can’t control, like flight cancellations or baggage delays, we’re here to help and will always do our very best to get you to your destination.

Cancellations must be made by you using our website. You will be entitled to a refund, depending on when you cancel your booking, as follows:

If you cancel your booking more than 3 days prior to the date on which you use the first service confirmed in your booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 90% of the value of your booking.

If you cancel your booking within 3 days or less prior to the date on which you use the first service confirmed in your booking, you will not be entitled to any refund.

In the event that you do not use the services for any reason and do not cancel the booking using the website or app, no refunds will be provided.

All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and will be debited to the original form of payment and account which is used at the time you made the booking.


Amendments

Booking amendments should be made on our website. This is free of any administration charge  If you wish to make a change less than 48 hours prior to the use by you of the first services contained in your booking, you must send an email from the email address which you provided at the time of booking to: info@taxipmi.com, quoting your booking reference number, lead passenger name and the changes you require. Amendments may result in increased charges.

If there is a price increase caused by any change you request to the services that you have booked, you will be required to pay the difference in the price directly to the driver, between the services originally booked by you, and the price of the new services you have requested.


Our responsibility

Once confirmed the reserve, PMI TRANSFERS is forced the fulfillment of the contracted service. We are the directly suppliers of your transfer

PMI TRANSFERS reserves the following rights:

- Cancellation of the reservation in case some of the information gives in the form are not true.
- Cancellation of the reservation, in case you do not not notified us that you bring a pet.
- Cancellation of the reservation by causes external to our company. ( “Force Majeure Event” )

The  drivers reserve the right to refuse to carry any person who is, or appears to be, under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers. No refunds will be made in those circumstances.

Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol or to smoke in any of the vehicles used to provide the services.

All vehicles provided by the suppliers are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required by the local law.

In case the flight is delayed it does not suppose an increase of the services price.

If  your booking is been not paid in advance and the flight is delayed more then 4h or after 00:00 a.m., your booking could be canceled, please contact us as soon as possible to check availability.

The client cannot choose the car model, you will get a car suitable to your reservation.

If the passengers, nº of baby seats, or nº of luggage exceedes the capacity contracted, a second vehicle with will be supply and the client pay for it.


Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
