This was the first time I had used PMI and was extremely impressed with the service provided.
Even though we arrived at Palma airport half an hour before scheduled, our driver was waiting for us with a friendly handshake for each of the 5 in our party.
You have to send a confirmation e-mail 48 hrs before your return journey but you needn’t worry about forgetting this as PMI will send you a reminder.
On our return to the airport we were expecting our vehicle at 12:55 but again the driver and vehicle were early (12:30)……waiting patiently and when I approached him he explained that as he was early there was absolutely no hurry.
The private mini-bus on both journeys was pristine and the driver courteous and extremely helpful.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use PMI again and will definitely recommend them to others.
