Couldn’t ask for better service
We booked Taxi PMI for our transfer from Palma Airport to our villa in Alcudia. It was a straighforward online booking process and communication was excellent.
At Palma Airport we had an extremely long wait for our luggage but the driver called us and assured us that he would be waiting at the arranged meeting point.
We eventually met our driver who was very pleasant and helped us with our luggage, the journey to the Villa was fine and the driver was actually very helpful as he called the Villa rental company on our behalf to let them know we had arrived.
I would highly recommend booking this company in advance – stupidly I used a different company (ZipOnline) for the return as PMI were fully booked and it was a complete disaster. They didn’t show up and we ended up having a frantic dash to the airport!
