flight was over 2 hours delayed arriving, but we had not trouble since our driver was checking the flights. also a return ride back to the airport and no issue, driver arrived early to hotel for pickup. we requested a carseat for our toddler and they adjusted it according to his height/weight requirements. safe ride, friendly service, no hassle at all!
