Amazing service!!

We was super unorganised and booked a few days before flying to Palma! When we landed slightly late someone was waiting with a board with our names on. He got straight into the air conditioned car after he took my luggage for me. Having trouble finding the villa he asked locals for directions as we had nothing but a road name and a number! He got us there and helped us to the door with our luggage. On our return we was worried they would not find the villa as it was well hidden when they texted to confirm the night before we confirmed and tried to explain in Spanish text where we was based. He said the previous driver took point of address when he was here last and passed the message on for return. The driver turnt up 30 minuets early and took us by surprise we was not quite ready. He was happy to wait until we was ready to leave and again a perfect service helping us to get our bags in and out the car. We had the same driver there and back which was also reassuring! Couldn’t fault the service we got. And we will most definitely use again! 5*
