We were a group of two families travelling with 4 small children (all under 3) All the potential stress of a transfer were totally eliminated.

We booked online a few days before we left the UK. Booking was easy and confirmed quickly . We were met at Palma airport by our friendly and professional driver. The minibus was modern,comfortable and had all the car seats we had requested during the booking. There was plenty of space for all our bags and two double buggies. The drive to Cala D’Or (with a stop for one of the children to go to the toilet) took about 50 minutes and our driver was a very careful driver and we felt very safe. He dropped us to the door of our Villa helping with all our luggage.

We received an email two days before our return journey to confirm our times which we did. The day before we needed to change our pick up location (due to early check out times and where we could keep our luggage for the day before our afternoon/evening flight). We emailed the office and this was changed and confirmed within half an hour.

Our pick up and journey back to the airport was equally smooth and safe. I will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend them to anyone travelling in Mallorca.
