  • Una experiencia muy recomendable El servicio de Taxi PMI ha sido estupendo. Lo hemos utilizado tanto para ir del aeropuerto al hotel como viceversa. Excelente servicio Se trata de un servicio personalizado y totalmente fiable. La empresa tiene un absoluto control en todo momento:horarios/ posibles retrasos de los vuelos, localización gps de los vehículos para poder avisar de hora exacta de llegada para recogida del cliente, etc. Tienen diferentes sillas para niños (desde grupo 0 a 3). Los conductores son muy profesionales y amables. Repetiría sin duda.

Muy buen servicio. Lo recomiendo.Reservamos este servicio de traslado al hotel y al aeropuerto al ver las buenas opiniones de otros viajeros y no nos ha defraudado. Necesitábamos una silla para nuestro niño y fue muy cómodo y seguro. Ambos conductores amables, conducción muy buena. Además tienen una atención al cliente acorde a las necesidades, en nuestro caso, necesitamos adelantar la recogida para ir al aeropuerto y sin problema. En definitiva, muy buen servicio, tanto a la ida como a la vuelta, mucho mejor (calidad y precio) de lo que nos ofrecía el hotel. Lo recomiendo porque es muy buen servicio. Nosotros repetiremos seguro.

TAXI MALLORCA PMI desde el aeropuerto de Palma hasta el centro de la ciudad, es un servicio que aparentemente parece caro, son 15 min de trayecto y su precio es de 30€. Sabemos que un taxi local resulta más barato, pero porqué tiene este coste a simple vista tan elevado?.

  • TAXI PMI es una empresa privada, que no tiene regulados sus precios como los taxis locales de Palma.
  • Proporcionamos un conductor privado, educado, uniformado, que habla varios idiomas y realiza una conducción segura, sin excesos de velocidad.
  • El vehículo es nuevo, tiene el tamaño adecuado a las necesidades del cliente, está limpio y equipado con las sillas de bebé si son necesarias, además equipado con terminal de pago para tarjetas de crédito.
  • El conductor monitoriza el vuelo del cliente, si se produce un retraso, la empresa realiza las modificaciones oportunas en el plan de trabajo, para que el conductor llegue a la terminal, justo cuando finalmente el vuelo aterriza en el aeropuerto de Palma. Esto no supone un incremento en el precio.
  • El precio siempre es fijo, no hay sorpresas de última hora, da igual la hora, madrugadas o festivos.
  • De media el conductor espera al cliente 45 min., siempre en el punto de encuentro de la terminal de llegadas del aeropuerto de Palma.
  • El vehículo está aparcado justo a la salida de la terminal, no hay que caminar grandes distancias.
  • El conductor se encarga de las maletas del cliente, ayudará en lo que el cliente necesite.

For both trips, drivers were on time, their driving was good and proffesional, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable.

The only downside was the price. €30 each way for a less than 15 minute trip.

I would suggest to others that if they can do some research on how to get to their location by public transport it would be much worth it. It could cost you only €5 per trip. In case, you discover that you have to catch about 2 or 3 buses, or there won’t be any buses at the time of your arrival / departure, then a taxi is a better solution, and Taxi PMI will be a good choice.

I also recommend this taxi for those who like to take the easy way out, who wants to travel comfortably, and do not want to carry their luggage while travelling. It might also be good for a group of people since dividing the price will definitely help.

I have used Taxi Pmi twice in two years when travelling from the UK to Palma and onwards. I really like being able to book and pay on-line before I travel. The drivers turn up with a name board at the airport and check your flight details on line so that if it is delayed you do not pay as they arrive accordingly. The fares are listed on the website. The cars always arrive on time and the drivers are courteous. Highly recommend this company.
