Cant fault Taxi PMI! We used them for the first time this year and the service was excellent! On-time, friendly and very helpful… met our request for a baby seat and larger vehicle to carry our 3 large cases and buggy! Good rates in comparison to many local tour operators. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for better service
We booked Taxi PMI for our transfer from Palma Airport to our villa in Alcudia. It was a straighforward online booking process and communication was excellent.
At Palma Airport we had an extremely long wait for our luggage but the driver called us and assured us that he would be waiting at the arranged meeting point.
We eventually met our driver who was very pleasant and helped us with our luggage, the journey to the Villa was fine and the driver was actually very helpful as he called the Villa rental company on our behalf to let them know we had arrived.
I would highly recommend booking this company in advance – stupidly I used a different company (ZipOnline) for the return as PMI were fully booked and it was a complete disaster. They didn’t show up and we ended up having a frantic dash to the airport!

we booked a collection from palma airport to an airbnb address and return again online. confirmation was quick and communication was easy. we changed our collection address for the way back as we took a day trip on our last day and they were great. It was no trouble and they arrived on time. I would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Everything went flawless, from the online booking, payment, confirmation, driver waiting at the meeting point at airport with a clear name sign, to the drive to the destination. Would definitely use pmi next time I visit Mallorca.
MALLORCA PRIVATE TRANSFER WITH CAR SEATS
No complaints at all, there was a person waiting for us when we got off the plane and helped us with our luggage.I had requested 3 different types seats for the kids and they were all there. Coming home I got a call the day before from the company to say they were massive delays at the Airport and suggested collecting us 45mins earlier which was great as we did not know about the delays. People were actually missing there flights. They didn’t need to do this but they did – great Customer Service.
