I was undecided about booking a private transfer but I’m so glad we did. We did not relish the thought of bringing our 23 month old onto a bus which would undoubtedly have many many stops to make before reaching out hotel. Flight was nearly two hours delayed but our driver was waiting for us as promised. We had hired a minivan due to amount of luggage and buggy. Van was bigger than expected and spotlessly clean. Car seat was as requested and in good condition. It was great to travel in style especially after long delay. The return journey went just as smoothly. Pick up on time and delivered right to door of airport. We had very pleasant, safe drivers both ways. Overall, money well spent and we will book again next time we come to Mallorca.

You always worry whether the pick-up will be there on time with the correct size of vehicle and the proper seats for the baby and toddler but I needn’t have worried as everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you for a fantastic service.

A friend of mine who had used this service recommended PMI and they were a little bit more expensive than another company , but the service was excellent and I would always use them again when I travel to Majorca.

Booked this company on-line before travelling to Majorca as we couldn’t face the 2 to 3 hour coach transfer from Palma Airport to our hotel in C’an Picafort. Having never used this type of transfer before we had a few reservations, but these were lessened by the fact we were to pay the driver at the end of each transfer. we needn’t have worried they were absolutely first class, both drivers were polite and friendly. Will definitely use again and recommend. Well done PMI

We booked ptior to our visit, being €30 each way, Airport to Central Palma / return.
I think PMI were over booked upon our arrival, we were met by a guy who took us to the car park, but I had to ask him if he was PMI, as he had no livery / I’d.
Our taxi arrived after about 10 minutes, but on checking his business cards, I feel it was a different company been sub-contracted in.
Our return pick up from the hotel was great. We’ll presented female driver in a very clean car.
