am not sure how prices compare to a standard city taxi (we paid 30 euros for a 10-15min drive from the airport to the centre of Palma) but they seem to be standard for a transfer company. In any case, ours were very reliable and punctual drivers that I would recommend to any anxious traveller!

Service de transport parfait. Le chauffeur nous attendait à l’aéroport à notre sortie de l’aéroport c’est pourquoi notre transfert de l’aéroport à notre hôtel c’est déroulé très rapidement. 
Nous avions malencontreusement oublié un sac dans le véhicule et après un téléphone avec le service client, la gentille dame responsable de la hotline m’a rapidement solutionner le problème.

First time to Palma and the flight arrived late, so we went for a pick up. It could not have been smoother. Just want you want from a taxi service. I’d definitely recommend.

We were picked up on time at Palma Airport and driven safely to our hotel across the island. The whole thing went very smoothly and the driver was very nice. Would definitively recommend this service to others!

ExcellEnt service. Had the appropriate child car seats as requested for 3 year old grandson and for 10 month baby. Vehicle was just alright for 4 adults plus two children, luggage and large double buggy. Also was waiting for us a week later for travel back to Palma Airport. Would use this company again.

Excellent service! Very supportive and polite staff. Many thanks to the girl who work in the office. My friends changed the pick up place in a very last moment and she organized everything very quickly and informed me all the time where the van is with my friends and they were at time for the flight. Thanks a lot!!!

We had to use two taxi’s as there were 8 of us & we had been let down by Shuttle Direct who didn’t turn up. In the future I would use them again instead of booking a transfer in advance.

Booked return transfers to Alcudia having shopped around a bit and seen the reviews on here, and was delighted with the service. Our booking were a bit complicated because we were travelling as 2 x family of 4 on the outbound (so 2 taxis) but returning to the airport all together (1 minibus) and with potentially confusing requirements for the child seats. Shortly after making the booking, the office called by phone to confirm the details were all correct – very pleasant and in fluent English, and clearly understood our requirements. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival and the taxi provided was a Skoda Superb Estate, which had ample room for luggage and 4 passengers, even with 2 child seats in the back. The same driver had also picked up the other 4 in our party up earlier and they reported the same nice service. For the return, we had an 11-seater Ford Transit minibus, which again was waiting bang on time, and had more than enough space for 8 people’s worth of luggage plus pushchairs, and arrived with the required child seats already fitted and ready. The child seats were very clean and new-looking, a far cry from some you get from car rental companies. The driver carried a credit card machine as advertised, so wasn’t a problem that we forgot to get cash!

Overall – polite, friendly, professional, on time and did everything they said they would for an acceptable price and minimum fuss. What more can you ask for?

The taxi driver were outside holding a paper with my name so it was very easy to find him. Excellent when you have two small children. Saved us for alot of stress. We ordered pmi taxi from the hotel back to the airport and was very happy with it. The driver were on time and she had my name on the window so I knew it was our taxi. Very nice driver. So we had a very good experience with pmi taxi.
