Absolutely outstanding service!

Speaking as the wife of a tax driver i can quite honestly say that this company are 100% brilliant!

The driver waited for us at the correct place in the airport with our name on a card. He helped us to the vehicle, was so polite and courteous.

He put all the luggage in the car while we got seated. The MPV itself (we were a family of 6) was so comfortable and the car seats we requested were already in the car ready for us to seat our younger children.

The drive was about 50 minutes to 1 hour to our hotel and it was lovely and smooth.

Upon our return it was so easy to confirm the booking as they emailed me instead of me having to email them. You are supposed to email or call them before you leave.

Again on departure, we had the same driver.. He was at the hotel around 10 minutes before we needed to leave, and again helped us with all our luggage. Always smiling, such a polite person.

While we was at our hotel we met a few families who had to do the coach transfer with holiday companies. I told them to go with Taxi Pmi next time and that they will not be disappointed.

A flawless service and because of the level of service we gave a 15 euro tip each way.

The cost each way was also very reasonable at 105 euros. I think that was because of the number of passengers and luggage and where we were staying.

I will certainly be using this company again when we go back to majorca next year.

First class service!

Driver was there waiting for us at meeting point at Palma airport as promised on landing. Return flight pick up arrived 15 mins early and email communication response was immediate for re-conformation of scheduled return journey pick up. All in all it was a first class service which was hastle free and very professional. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Great service

Excellent door to door service, its the first time I’ve used PMI and would recommend them for transfers. Price comparable to other similar transfer option in Majorca and other countries I’ve visited.

Taxi pmi excellent service

Used taxi pmi in september 2017 , excellent service on time very friendly .had car seats for all ages .we was a family of 11 couldn’t fault them ,would definitely recommend and will defiantly use again also very good price
