Driver was Punctual and very polite and friendly. Met us where he said he would be. Helped with the bags. Car seat was ready to use, even the sun blind was put down ready. Nice man

Super zuverlässig und freundlich

Flughafentransfer von Palma nach Alcudia und zurück verlief reibungslos/ dauerte ca 45 Minuten. Alle Fahrer waren super nett! Kamen vor vereinbarter Zeit um uns am Hotel abzuholen, dass nenne ich zuverlässig! Kindersitze in guten Zustand. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (5-10 Jahre alt) und ein Kleinkind 15 Monate alt. Wenn wir wieder auf Mallorca sind organisiere ich den Transfer wieder über pmi! Mit so vielen Kindern zu verreisen waren wir froh zügig unterwegs gewesen zu sein und nicht noch drei oder mehr Hotels jeweils anfahren zu müssen!!!!

No problems at all

I booked a taxi from Palma airport to C’an Picafort and return earlier in the year for our August holidays (two Adults, 1 child). No problems with the website or the booking process. We paid approximately 150 euros for the return trip which seemed to be the going rate.
The driver was waiting for us in arrivals with a named board, a nice drive to the hotel, which was twice as quick as a coach transfer. So for that reason alone was worth it.
The return trip was fine, the driver was 10 minutes early which was great as we were just hanging around waiting to go. The only slight negative was the return taxi was a mini bus (only us in it), so not as comfortable as a car. They also asked for confirmation via email during the holiday that the return pick up time hadn’t changed, I did confirm but not sure that would have been possible if the hotel didn’t have Wi-Fi.
Would definitely use again.

Excellent service

Have used TaxiPMI several times. This year we had a six year old and two year old with us. Taxis both way had the right seats, they were on time, clean, friendly staff. The fact that you can pay on the day gives you confidence that should they not turn up, you could queue up with everybody else!! Have recommended to friends and family.

Reliable, friendly transfer service.

Our luggage was delayed on arrival but the driver waited for us which I appreciated, I prefer to get straight to the hotel on holiday rather than a coach and this is a very reliable service, punctual and great customer service.

Great all round service!

Hard to fault – Tony the driver was very helpful with the cases, polite and friendly, car was very clean, well driven, booster seat as requested, found the villa with no problems and then helped with the cases again. Took time to explain that it was best to give a couple of days notice if booking a return online. In all a great start to the holiday and highly recommended!

Taxi PMI from Palma to Alcudia

From making my initial booking and booking the wrong vehicle, I contacted Taxi PMI and they changed it and we agreed that the difference in cost would be paid to the driver. When we arrived at the airport, the driver was waiting at Gate 4 with a card with my name on it. Felt like it did in the films. We were taken to the minibus and straight to our hotel. We received an email approx. 72 hours from our departure date asking to confirm our pick up time. On our departure the minibus was waiting for us when we came out of the hotel.

The service we received from Taxi PMI was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and I will certainly be using them again.

Best taxi service I have used

Brilliant service, from booking to return drop off. Could not fault PMI.
Drivers are friendly, English speaking and offer excellent service. I highly recommend and would certainly use again whenever I visit Mallorca.
