Nous étions avec notre enfant de 2 ans qui était assis dans un bon siège et le chauffeur a adopté une conduite sécurisante.

First time used taxi transfer, normally have a car, picked this company due to good reviews and they did not disappoint. Driver was waiting for us on arrival and on time for pick-up. Would definitely recommend using and will be using Taxi PMI when visiting Mallorca next year.

Booked a return transfer to Cala ratjada after reading negative reviews on coach transfers due to duration. We were staying with young kids and arriving late at night so this was important to us!
Driver waiting for us when we arrived with top quality car seats already installed in car. Got us to our hotel in 55 mins compared to over 2.5 hours which others experienced with coaches.
On return, driver there 5 mins early and again for us there in plenty of time.
More expensive than the coach transfers but really worth it 🙂

Tras la grata experiencia del año pasado, volvimos a contratar el servicio y acabamos igual de contentos. A pesar del incremento de precio (un nada despreciable 12,5 %), el servicio es realmente bueno, muy puntuales, esperando a nuestra llegada y en la puerta del hotel a la hora acordada a la vuelta.
5 Star Service! Palma airport transfers
Couldn’t recommend this company enough, definitely a 5 star service. The driver was waiting on arrival with our name on a board. The bus was parked close to the exit door so not far to walk which was a bonus as I’m disabled and have mobility difficulties. The bus held 16 people so there was plenty of room, luggage space and loads of child car seats. Before departure the driver asked for my passport to verify the booking and away we went. We stayed in Cala D’or so the journey was 1 hour from Palm Airport and cost €100 each way which was paid at the end of each journey. There was 8 of us so it only worked out at €12.50 per person each way which is super cheap! Would recommend anyone to take a private transfer as we spoke to someone who booked the bus with other holiday makers and it took them 2 and a half hours to get to Cala D’or!!! They said they were almost sick when they arrived especially with the heat!! For the little bit extra it was worth getting a private transfer. For smaller groups/families the price is probably less for a car or smaller vehicle. A few days before departure you confirm your return journey and time, again very simple plus we changed our pick up time by an hour and there was no problem with the change. On pick up the driver arrived 15 minutes early and the journey was the same as going. Large bus, plenty of luggage space and child seats. Plus we were dropped off at the airport entrance door. Very reliable company.

Second time to use this company. The review title says it all. They were on time at airport even though we weren’t. Decided to delay the arrange return pick up time which I managed to do easily enough when in resort. Will always use these when visiting island.
