I booked a taxi online from Palma airport to my hotel in Cala Millor. The flight was slightly delayed and luggage slow to be offloaded so we were almost 60 minutes late but our driver was patiently waiting with our name on a board. His 
licensed taxi was a smallish Seat but it was big enough for the two of us and our luggage. A smooth ride and within no time we had arrived at the hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to use PMI again.

We’ve used taxi PMI many times when holidaying in Majorca, actually choosing to use them over the holiday firms included transfers! They are always waiting for us on our arrival, friendly welcome and helpful with luggage! Baby seat if requested is always ready to use in one of the seats. Smooth quick transfer! On return they have always been early and waiting for us, you do need to confirm your return journey 48hrs before via email and phone. They were especially outstanding with their service this year as my little boy was taken very poorly the day before we were due to leave and he was admitted over night for treatment! They picked us up from the hospital to take us to the airport after the rest of the family from the hotel as arranged, we were delayed leaving aswel as we had to wait for medical notes and fit to fly certificate etc. The driver was very understanding and wouldn’t except more money for his extra waiting time and de tour to the hospital!

We landed at Palma airport today with two small children in tow. Unfortunately we lost a passport and phone and were held up getting the full family through for a few hours without a way to contact PMI until we found our items.
They were incredibly understanding and kind and once we were reunited had a car with us within 10 minutes for original fare despite a significant delay on our side. After what was an incredibly stressful and emotional few hours, speaking with a kind and helpful woman from PMi to rearrange our transfers and greeting a smiling driver happy to take us to our hotel without hassel was priceless.

Friendly and efficient, this was a very welcome service after a long journey to get to Palma from Canada. Our plane was delayed from London but after making our way through the various steps to get out of the airport, PMI was still there with my name card, ready to take our luggage and walk us to our mini bus. NOTE if your luggage doesn’t show up on the carousel at the airport, it is probably in Customs, as ours was.

Booked on line. No problems. Driver was waiting for us with a placard and was easy to find. Seems reasonably priced. Would use again.
