From first point of contact PMI were efficient, helpful and prompt in answering emails – even when wee changed time of collection 24 hours before intended pick up it was managed with the minimum of fuss. Really excellent service!
We had a long trip to the eastern side of the island. Transfer by Jet2 Coach would have been 1.5 hours and with two small boys a shorter trip in comfort was called for! OK so not cheap at £192 for the round trip, but worth every penny!
Easy collection at Palma Airport – driver courteous and well presented. Return trip saw driver arrive exactly on time. Both vehicles spotless and comfortable with provision for our grandchildren in a variety of child seats / booster cushions. On return trip our driver was very careful in driving through a severe rainstorm; we appreciated his careful driving.
Overall a really worthwhile investment and helped to make our holiday special

Have to admit I considered getting a cheaper shuttle service , but after carrying 2 tired sleepy small children from one end of Majorca airport to the other to get our bags, I was delighted to see our driver waiting for us . 
We had booked a mini van (luggage and pram) and to be able to just pack and go and arrive at our hotel 45 minutes later ,without waiting around queuing , fighting for luggage space or facing a convoluted journey in the middle of the night was worth the price.

In the end we used PMI to bring us back to the airport ….its just hassle free , exactly what you want on a holiday

Easy to book & pay online. We had a delay in airport baggage reclaim but no problem in finding our driver. He was very pleasant , cheerful and informative. Heartily recommend Taxi PMI.Used for return journey from another part of the island.

Tout a été parfait a l’aller comme au retour, surtout pour le retour qui était à 4h du matin mais le chauffeur était bien à l’heure.

Nous avons utilisé les services de Taxi Pmi pour aller de l’aéroport à notre hôtel AR. Dans les deux cas le chauffeur a l’heure, très sympathique. Les 2 véhicules étaient très propres. Le siège auto pour mon enfant était bien là. À recommander.
