TAXI POUR ALLER COLONIA DE SANT JORDI
étions en séjour à colonia de sant jordi (60 km de palma) hôtel réservé en direct : donc pas de transfert par un tour operator. concernant taxi PMI: service irréprochable, réservé par internet, ponctualité a l aéroport, chauffeur avec pancarte a notre nom, réhausseur enfant installé comme demandé, conduite prudente. paiement au conducteur au tarif prévu. pour le retour, réservation via notre tablette 5 jours avant le vol retour, il faut confirmer par mail ou tel 48h avant (mail de taxi PMI confirmant), taxi présent devant l’hotel 5 mn avant l heure prévue, avions demandé un break vu les bagages et poussettes, le site internet propose une heure de prise en charge calculée sur l heure de vol (a saisir) et le temps de trajet, avions pris plus large si bien que nous étions a l aeroport bien a temps (pour le duty free..) bref rien a dire Parfait

Very reliable and friendly. Our flight was delayed by 90 minutes, but the driver was there waiting. We also changed the pick up time on the last day.

Nous avons réservé par internet 3 jours avant de partir, de cette façon nous avons pu indiquer le nombre de bagages et surtout que nous avions besoin de 2 sièges auto pour nos enfants. Le service était parfait…. Malgré les 30 min de retard de notre vol, notre chauffeur nous attendais au point de rendez vous. Vraiment très accueillant avec le sourire, il nous a aidé a transporter nos nombreux bagages jusqu’à la voiture…Véhicule très propre, sièges auto impeccables!
Une heure de trajet très agréable et tout cela jusqu’à l’adresse exacte indiquée…
Top Class – TAXI PMI
We have used PMI taxi for three years now and have found them to be top class. Clean recent model cars with friendly efficient driver. On return to Palma Airport they drop you at the nearest point to your airline check in at what is a large terminal. The only black mark was when using a credit card I was charged in GBP instead of Euro without asking (possible error). Will be using again next year

Booked online before we went on holiday and requested a child seat for our 11 month old baby. Taxi was waiting for us when we arrived and was clean and spacious.
While we were on holiday, there were a couple of details I needed to change for the return journey so I emailed them across and received a prompt reply back confirming the amendments had been made both times.
On the way back to the airport unfortunately my daughter was really sick in the taxi. We were obviously worried and embarrassed, however the driver was really lovely. He pulled over to the side of the road and reassured us that it happens a lot and that it’s very normal with babies. We were able to clean up as much as we could with limited resources, however I was then worrying how much extra we would be charged for the cleaning bill. When we got to the airport and I asked how much extra it would be, I was told there would be no extra charge and that it was no problem at all – he would clean it himself straight away.
I really can’t recommend this company enough, and I would not hesitate to book them again

TRANSFERS TO PALMA AIRPORT
Faultless and very efficient. On time for both pick up and drop off. Price in line with other providers. Comfortable drive in clean vehicle. We had to change the drop off time and this was done very quickly via email. Could not recommended enough.
