Arrived, was greeted exactly as described in the rental instructions. Went straight to vehicle and was on our way immediately…no having to wait around. Morning of pickup from hotel, just as smooth…arrived on time, loaded bags and made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Driver was very cordial and polite. Highly recommend if you are requiring transport around the island. Price is very reasonable for the ease provided.

Pre-booked taxi to and from airport to hotel in cala dor. On arrival chap had sign clearly displayed with my name. Polite chap. Taxi very clean and travel time quick. Return journey was with pleasant female driver in another clean car. Saves long journey around hotels and resorts you are not staying at… very good value for money and excellent service. DEFO the way to travel.

Great service arrived one time provided excellent car seats for our 5 month and 2 year old. +++++ 100% will use again.

The driver was waiting for is in the middle of the night at the AirPort. Clean car and childseats as ordered.

On our return the driver once again was on time with proper childseats.

The only thing we regret listening to PMI when they said that they would pick us up 4 hours before our departure. We had to spend a long time at the AirPort, but we rather have it that way than miss our flight.

We had used another transfer company previously. Nothing wrong with them but just thought we would give Taxi PMI a try as they were #1 on TripAdvisor. Booked online with no problems. On arrival at Palma they were where they said they would be with my name on a card. We were quickly shown to the taxi by a very nice female driver who also loaded the cases and we were on our way. Paid in cash on arrival and was given a card for phoning/emailing confirmation of return transfer. I emailed a couple of days before our return and received a reply almost immediately. Our driver arrived for us 10 minutes before our pick up time and again we had a smooth transfer back to the airport. Excellent service and no complaints.

On October 4, 2010, I ordered PMI services from Palma Airport to Magluf. I would like to commend the pmi company for the outstanding service! The driver was waiting for us for an hour or so over the scheduled time as the flight was delayed. They tried to call me to check where I was but there was no answer because I did not have a battery and the driver continued to wait. When we arrived, he waited with a sign and was exceptionally helpful! I highly recommend PMI Travel Services !!!!

Friendly, efficient and worth the money after a long day travelling with a toddler. Car seat for my 3 year old was great. So great she was asleep befre we left the airport.
Would highly recomend. Return journey just as good.
