Used PMI Taxi for transfer from Palma airport to Cala D`or. Excellent service, friendly drivers on time for pick up both ways, clean comfortable vehicles.Will use again.

This was the second time I had used PMI and once again was extremely impressed with the service provided. 
The website is extremely easy to use and allows you to ask for different drop off / pick up points (we had 3 people staying at one hotel and the other 4 were staying at a different hotel). When booking with PMI you also have the option of paying at the time of booking or opting to pay the driver on arrival………I have had no problems at all with paying up front on both occasions.
On arriving at Palma airport our driver was clearly visible with our name displayed on a sign and he greeted us all with a friendly handshake.
For your return journey you have to send a confirmation e-mail 48 hrs prior to leaving but you needn’t worry about forgetting this as PMI will send you a reminder.
On the morning of our departure, PMI actually telephoned me to let me know that our driver was waiting outside the one hotel ready for the first pick-up.
The private mini-bus on both journeys was pristine and the driver courteous and extremely helpful.
Once again PMI excelled with the service provided and I will definitely continue to use them and 100% recommend them to others.

Excellent, reliable taxi service. In addition, our luggage was delayed by almost an hour before we got it from the aircraft and the driver was patient and kind enought to wait for us. We didn’t get away from the airport until after 01:00am

From first point of contact PMI were efficient, helpful and prompt in answering emails – even when wee changed time of collection 24 hours before intended pick up it was managed with the minimum of fuss. Really excellent service!
We had a long trip to the eastern side of the island. Transfer by Jet2 Coach would have been 1.5 hours and with two small boys a shorter trip in comfort was called for! OK so not cheap at £192 for the round trip, but worth every penny!
Easy collection at Palma Airport – driver courteous and well presented. Return trip saw driver arrive exactly on time. Both vehicles spotless and comfortable with provision for our grandchildren in a variety of child seats / booster cushions. On return trip our driver was very careful in driving through a severe rainstorm; we appreciated his careful driving.
Overall a really worthwhile investment and helped to make our holiday special

Have to admit I considered getting a cheaper shuttle service , but after carrying 2 tired sleepy small children from one end of Majorca airport to the other to get our bags, I was delighted to see our driver waiting for us . 
We had booked a mini van (luggage and pram) and to be able to just pack and go and arrive at our hotel 45 minutes later ,without waiting around queuing , fighting for luggage space or facing a convoluted journey in the middle of the night was worth the price.

In the end we used PMI to bring us back to the airport ….its just hassle free , exactly what you want on a holiday
