We have used this service the last two times we visited Majorca. The driver is always waiting with your name on a card. The journey is comfortable and friendly… a great way to start your holiday!!

I booked my return trip in advance via the taxi pmi website and received a request for confirmation via email for my return trip via email 48 hours prior to my departure. My driver was waiting for me at the meet-up point in the airport as specified and my driver for my return trip was completely on schedule. Over all I would say that this company fully met my expectations.

Excellent as always. No problems used for last 8 years from airport to puerto Pollensa. Car seats booked and provided. Lovely clean smoke free car.

Alles hat geklappt so wie es sollte. Fahrer stand mit Schild am Meeting Point und die Fahrt zum Hotel war in einem normalen Taxi, nehme mal an ein Subunternehmen. Werde die Firma auch nächstes Mal nehmen.

Used for 2 week holiday in August. 2 families of 4. Great service. Picked up on arrival without delay. Beautiful vehicle and very charming driver. Collection from hotel for return to U.K. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Just seamless service. Lovely driver and nice car – car seats provided. Had the same driver for both transfer in and out of resort. Wish I had his name as he deserves a mention…would definitely use again!

Booked airport pickup and return journey from our hotel. Both times taxi drivers arrived promptly and took us safely to our destinations.

Some days before going from the hotel to the airport, I got an email asking me to confirm my booking. Since I was on holiday I did not read the email until the time for confirmation had run out. An admin from Taxi Pmi had also called me to confirm the pickup time. I initially missed the call, discovered the email and got quite nervous. 

When calling back the nice and friendly lady at Pmi explained in very good English that this was something they always did because a lot of times clients wanted to push their pickup time forwards in order to enjoy a few more minutes of holiday. So, don’t worry if/when you get the email/phonecall asking you to confirm.

Tout s’est bien passé. La personne était au rendez-vous et le trajet s’est fait en douceur jusqu’à l’hôtel.

Booked a taxi online for collection at the airport. Upon arrival the driver was where the confirmation said he would be and holding a sign with my name on.

Reliable service and one I would use again.

Booked online for August holiday, flight was delayed going in but no issue as picked up when we landed.

Turned up on time on return trip to Airport.
