We arrange the taxi online for 8 adults & 2 children to go from Palma Airport to our villa in Alcudia. The taxi – immaculate and clean vehicle – was waiting for us on arrival at the airport with a friendly driver and the required number of baby/booster sets. There was plenty of room for all of baggage and passengers. On the return journey the taxi arrived at our villa at the required time to get us to the airport. Used this company last year and the service was great so used again this year. The service was again amazing, stress/haste free and very efficient and friendly. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport exit with a sign clearly marked with our name so he was easy to spot. The car and child seat were both in lovely condition clean and like brand new.
We were collected on time from our private villa in a different cars which was again like new clean and very comfortable.
Both drivers were very friendly and we had a safe and enjoyable transfer.
We will defiantly use again next year. Thank you

After our hotel in Cala Mesquida recommended a private transfer that would cost around €200 for our party of 5 (incl 2 kids) I decided to consult Trip Advisor and found Taxi PMI. Couldn’t have been happier! Our flight arrived on time but our luggage did not arrive with us so we were very late coming out into the arrivals hall and I was worried that our driver may have given up on us but no, there he was patiently waiting. We booked a mini van and it was new, clean and had plenty of room with great a/c. They had a choice of booster seats or full child seats. The same applied on our return trip. The thing I loved the most about both drivers was that they didn’t tear along the roads putting my precious family at risk, they were sensible safe drivers, and to me that is priceless. I appreciated not having an hour long white knuckle ride where we could all spread out in air conditioned comfort and enjoy the hour long scenic trip. Well done Taxi PMI. Keep up the good work! I don’t know what happened to the previous reviewer but we had absolutely no problem with them and in fact I only booked our return transfer to the airport the day before we flew out.

Easy to book and confirm online. You can specify when booking if you need babyseats or boosters. Great communication. Were waiting when we arrived and was a painless journey to Puerto Pollensa. Collected us promptly and another seamless drive back to the airport. Helpful, friendly drivers. Much nicer than the coach transfers! €75 each way.
