Our flight was around 3 hours late (but couldn’t contact them prior to our flight cause my mobile-phone broke down), but true to their word they were there to greet us with no extra cost.
Our return flight was cancelled (because Thomas Cook collapsed) so I had to cancel the pre-booked return transfer because we had no details of our flight home yet – they were very accommodating when I rebooked the cab last minute. The taxi arrived very promptly even though it was mid rush-hour.
Both drivers to/from the hotel were friendly, though the first one couldn’t speak English (which was ok because it forced me to practise what little Spanish I knew :-)) !!
Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when we next visit Mallorca.
